McHale Netwrap+

Length:
4,500 M MINIMUM GUARANTEE

increases the efficiency of the baler increasing the yield per roll by almost half as much as ‘standard’ 3,000m white net. The new Bale+™ technology reduces fetching and carrying of extra rolls, storage space required, waste packaging and also the total amount of netwrap plastic used from the same bale count.
McHale 4500m has 50% more running length on the roll, with a workable roll weight, so it keeps running when others need to be changed.
McHale is manufactured using Tama’s unique Edge to Edge™ technology, which guarantees full bale coverage, from all round balers and so produces the perfect bale, every time.

Netwrap baling tips for reliable performance
For reliable Netwrap performance, begin with a clean and correctly prepared baler. Remove dirt, rust, sharp edges and dried paint from every surface that contacts the net. Check that the net is threaded correctly and that tension bars, spreader bars and feed rollers are clean, smooth and properly aligned.

Inspect rubber rollers for moisture or residue and use talc or an anti-static spray when loading a new roll. On variable chamber balers, check belt joiners for wear or damage that could snag the net. Finally, make sure the knife and cutting surfaces are clean and sharp. These checks are especially important when a baler returns to work after winter storage in Ireland.
